How do I report a bug?

Did you encounter a potential bug? You can contact Customer Support via the "Submit A Request Button" on the bottom of the page.
When contacting support, please provide a summary of the issue in as much detail as possible, and include answers to as many of the following questions as you can:
  • Did the issue occur in Single Player, Multiplayer, or multiple modes of gameplay?
  • Did the issue result in a crash or error message? If 'yes', please provide any crash logs or error messaging that you received.
  • Did the issue prevent you from continuing to play? Please explain.
  • What areas of gameplay does the issue affect? Examples: Audio (music or sound effects), Visual, Game Performance, Gameplay etc.
  • How often do you experience the issue? Does it happen every time you complete the same actions, or is this the first time you have experienced this?
  • Can you explain what you expected to happen, as opposed to what you experienced?
  • Please provide any visual evidence such as videos or screenshots relating to the issue you are reporting.
